Host structure and electrical working principle:

1. Host structure:

This machine is mainly composed of transmission part, frame, workbench, screw adjustment device and limit mechanism.

The transmission part transmits the power of the brake motor to the working plate through the two-stage cycloidal pin wheel reducer. The rack is square

The box with side door, welded by steel and steel plate, supports all components of the testing machine. The worktable is the upper plate of the machine, which is equipped with a screw adjusting device, a limit mechanism, and a protective cover.

2. Electrical control part:

The electrical control panel of GW-40B reinforcement bending tester is shown in Figure 1 below.

Electrical control panel:

Principle: The bending angle of the testing machine is calculated and displayed continuously after the photoelectric pulse signal obtained from the high-speed shaft of the motor is pulse shaped and frequency divided. When the bending angle of the testing machine reaches the set angle, the motor will be powered off to terminate the test under the control of the logic circuit.
